Honorable Mrs. Aynalem Ngiusie appointed as minister for the ministry of revenues - mor

Honourable Mrs Aynalem Nigusie, The former Vice President of the University of Wolo, Ministry of Agriculture and the Economic Cluster Coordinator in the Amhara Region, currently appointed as the Minister of Revenue, after the former minister, Hon. Mr Lake Ayalew given the permission to study abroad.

During the handing over of responsibility, in his message, Mr. Lake Ayalew thanked the senior officials and employees of the Ministry of Revenue for helping him to fulfil their duties and responsibilities during his stay. In addition, he said, "I am thankful that I have been given the permission to study abroad so that I can serve the country and the people more."

Honorable Ato Lake also sent a message saying that in order to achieve the vision of our country to cover our own expenses with our income by 2022 and to efficiently carry out the institution's plan to collect more than 450 billion birr in the 2015 fiscal year, the senior leaders and employees of the institution are expected to work responsibly and sincerely alongside with the new minister.

Honorable Mrs. Aynalem Nigusie, who was appointed as the minister of the institution, said that, the institution has a strong organizational structure and operating system; As the revenue collection performance is constantly increasing, so this is a good opportunity for us to not only to continue this success, but also to achieve more than planned to collect in the fiscal year 2015, and also to meet the expectations of our country and our people,

She also stated that, the leaders and employees of the institution expected to work together with a great sense of responsibility, in the effort to have a country that can cover development costs on her own.
